By using this website or placing an order you agree to these terms. Please read them together with our Shipping, Returns, Cancellation and Privacy policies.
Products and descriptions
We try to describe and photograph products accurately. Colours can look slightly different on different screens, and handmade or made-to-order pieces can vary a little from the photo.
Prices
Prices are shown in Indian rupees (INR). We may change prices at any time; the price at the time you complete checkout is the price you pay. For event and custom work, prices shown are indicative and the final price is set in the quote we send you.
Orders and payment
- An order is confirmed once payment is successfully received and verified.
- Payments are processed through our online payment provider. We do not store your card details.
- We may decline or cancel an order, for example if an item cannot be produced; if so, we refund any payment made.
Made-to-order items and delivery dates
Production times shown on product pages are estimates. The delivery date you request at checkout is a request; where it is sooner than the production time we show a warning, and we cannot guarantee that date.

Your account
You are responsible for keeping your login (including OTPs sent to your phone) private and for activity on your account.
Intellectual property
The content on this site, including text, images and designs, belongs to S&H Artificial Florals or its licensors. Please do not copy or reuse it without permission.
Limits of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India.
