Cancellation Policy

You can ask to cancel an order, and whether we can do it depends on how far along the order is.
Before production starts
If your order has been placed but we have not started preparing it, contact us and we will cancel it and refund the payment.
After production has started
Made-to-order items are made specifically for you. Once production has started we may not be able to cancel the order, or we may only be able to cancel part of it. Contact us as early as possible and we will tell you what is possible.
After dispatch
Orders that have been shipped cannot be cancelled. You can still request a return under our Returns & Refund Policy.
If we have to cancel
If we are unable to fulfil an order, for example because an item cannot be produced, we will contact you and refund any payment you made in full.
